1. Navigate to: https://portal.sm.aiconcentric.com/index.php
2. Select: Forgot Password
3. Enter your e-mail address and input the CAPTCHA (Randomly Generated Code) - click "Submit" once done.
4. Within 5-10 minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password (See below for reference). Click the link to be redirected to perform the reset.
5. Input new password and click "Submit"; the password must meet the below criteria to be accepted.
6. If the password is accepted and successful, you will receive the below message and be able to login. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.
