Resolution Steps:
- Verify application window is in focus, have user try again.
- Verify in Windows Bluetooth that HID device is connected and barcode scanner is matching serial# to Windows HID Device number.
- Un-pair device in Windows Bluetooth. Add it back. Verify serial# and have user retry.
- If the above steps do not work. Have user reboot tablet. Try again after reboot.
- Remove battery from 2700. Wait 30 seconds. Repeat step #3 if necessary.
- If all steps above, do not work. Refer to code 2700 install documentation. Reset unit back to factory defaults. Update unit. Re-pair the device. Put device back in keyboard mode. Etc.
