Below outlines the necessary SQL permissions required for PCS for users, based on their role (determined by their organization/business).
Read-Only Access

Note for PCS Admin Access:
The last two (d) db_ddladmin & (e) db_owner can be setup to only grant to the PCS Admin when required to perform the following functions:
db_ddladmin - provides user with the ability to create the tables needed to perform bridge imports and to create custom modules, custom facility types in custom modules, and user defined fields (UDFs).
For Change Tracking: this is specific to the SQL Instance:
server admin — provides user with the ability to turn on/off change tracking for PCS.
