1. Within the PCS application Tools>User Management, you will appear in the window below
2. Once in the new window, you will want to select the user record you want to modify
3. After selecting the user record navigate to the "Role" section in the left pane and select "Parent Role". Here you will select the appropriate role to grant your user.
4. Once the desired role is selected, click "Save" on the top right of your PCS instance.
