(AI KB) PCS: User unable to modify data

In most instances, if a user is unable to modify data within PCS it is because they only have READ access for their account. 

In order to grant them the necessary permission to modify data, the user requires READ & WRITE access. The accomplish this, the user needs to have his permissions modified in both SQL and PCS, by their administrator.
