(AI KB) PCS Field Data Collector App On Mesa3 Closes (crashes) When Survey is Opened

If the PCS FCD app closes when you try to open the survey, ensure all permissions are allowed.

1. Open Android Settings App

2. In Settings go to Apps and Notifications and select the PCS FDC App either from recents or the See All Apps list.

3. Choose Permissions

4. Ensure ALL permissions are Allowed, No Permissions Denied should appear on the screen.

5. You can now go back to the PCS FDC app and try to open the survey again.  If you still can't open the survey, try restarting the tablet before continuing to troubleshoot.
