Note: Make sure you are connected to wireless network before proceeding.
Note: Error message will look similar but not identical to Image below.
1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Within Settings scroll down to the System and select Date & time.
3. Enable Automatic date & time and set Select time zone to your local time zone.
4. Disconnect from wi-fi network and reconnect.
5. Test login to PCS Field Data Collector, if login issue persists, restart device and try again.
6. Now you'll be able to access FDC, if further issues please contact Technical Support at 1-800-229-3404 option 1.
