Guide Key Point: How to resolve the issue where your PCS Jobs are stuck in "Queued" status, within the 'Job Service Viewer'
Note: This article is for a Job Service that has stopped or hung up. If you've already restarted Job Services, but the issue persists, this is not the correct KB Article for your issue.
- On the Windows Device running PCS Job Services, locate and launch 'Services' by searching via the Windows Explorer.
- Once you've launched Services, locate the PCS Job Services 2.X - where X is the version of PCS you are using on your device.
- Right Click on the Job Services that and select 'Stop'
- Once stopped, you're going to Right Click on the Job Services again and Select 'Start'
- Check your PCS Job Service Viewer in your PCS application - you should now see your Jobs Processing and your Job Service Status as 'Running'
