1. In PCS Axis navigate to Field Computer > Send.
2. Navigate to Customize Tab while under "Send to Mobile" or "Send Mobile to Disk" Options.
3. Navigate to Prompts and select drop down arrow next to Site Settings to expand field and select Edit.
4. Now Select Site String window will appear, you can now add Facility Fields.
Note: Only the first 3 fields on the right hand side will appear in information tab for FDC.
