This article outlines a few things that you can try if you get an error when trying to log into your PCS FDC App
1. Ensure that your device is connected to a Wifi network, if you are, go on to the next step.
2. Go to wifi settings on your device, find the network you are trying to connect with and choose the option to Forget Network. Then set up the same network connection again. Close out and reopen the app and try again.
3. Try another network, some network security settings can block your device from connecting to our credentials server.
