Key Points of Guide: Explains how the Annual Survey Folders are created in PCS by the PCS Admin and steps to adjust the folder name and date if needed.
Note: Each year, PCS Admins will create an “Annual Survey” folder to assign that year’s data.
1. Navigate to Data Entry > Facility Survey Folder Maintenance:
2. Once here, click “Add” button on the top right corner, which will create new Annual Survey Folder.
NOTE: One thing to be aware of, the "Add" button will always add the LATEST Year’s Folder. If a custom folder is created (e.g. “2024 Depol Survey”) off of 2024 Annual Survey Folder then following “Add” would create the 2025 Annual Survey folder.
3. To edit Fields, click in the box with the survey name. Same process is done for changing Start Date and End Date fields
