Purpose of Article: If for whatever reason normal method of checking outgoing packets isn't working you can follow steps for alternative method.
- Within Bullhorn Web navigate to Reports, Units, then Outgoing Packets.

Outgoing Packet Detail page will now appear, In Required Filters section edit Date Range to match the date(s) you're looking for, once done enter serial number or name of unit in Units.
Step 3 Optional: Skip Step if you don't require specific items within the Report Preferences section.
- Below Required Filters you will find Report Preferences section were you can create a Preferences Template.
Note: Creating Preferences Template allows you to select or deselect any Columns you do/don't desire to see in Outgoing Packet Report.
- Once you have set Required Filters and Report Preferences set, select Run Report.
- Now you can see Outgoing Packets Report for unit.
