There are multiple reasons why you may not be able to see one of your Bullhorns on Bullhorn Web. This article will explain how to get past the top reasons.
- Interruption options are open. Opening Interruption options on the all-units page will filter out non-interruptible units. If you see Schedule Interruption on the right, try clicking the Interruption button to close out those settings.
- Commands Settings are open. Opening commands will filter out one-way units. If you see Schedule Command on the right side of the All-Units page, try clicking the Commands button.
- The Unit is filtered out of the All-Units page. There are 3 filters on the All-Units Page. Try clearing these 3 filters (product, group, and status).
- The unit is not assigned to a group that you have access to. In this case, you will need somebody with Unit Admin privileges to either assign you to the group that the unit is in or add that unit to a group you already have access to. New units will only be assigned to the All Units group.
Note: you can also try entering the unit name or system serial number in the quick unit search at the bottom of the All-Units page.
