If you are trying to assign a survey assignment when receiving a survey, but the option you are looking for is not available to select, please follow the steps below to add that folder.
- From the Data Entry drop-down menu, select Facility Survey Folder Maintenance.
- Click the Add button at the top of the page.
- A new line will be created. You can click on those new fields to edit the information as needed.
