(AI KB) How to Create Prompt Theme Template

This guide will teach you how to create Prompt Theme of your own that you can customize which fields are shown in Information and Inspection tabs on Field Data Collector Survey.

1. Select Add.
   
   
   
2. Name your Prompt Theme in Enter Theme Name field and select OK.
   Note: Checking Public allows others to see and use your Prompt Theme.
   Note: Checking Copy Content will pull fields from selected Prompt Theme in Copy Fields From Theme drop-down.
      
   
   
3. Now you will be viewing your newly created Prompt Theme, make sure to Save to finalize and now you'll be able to add fields to right most Information and Inspection panels.
