Purpose: Demonstrate how to check Error Logs for Uploads of Field Data Collector Surveys

 

  1. In the Upload Screen - select 'LOGS'

  2. Click on 'Details' - to expand the information provided by the Logs

  3. If you are working with Technical Support - take a screenshot or image of the most recent logs and e-mail them to your Technical Support Representative
