(AI KB) PCS: How to Use the 'Graph' Function for CIS Reports

Purpose: This guide shows you how to use the Graphing function 

1. Launch PCS Application
   
   
   
   
2. On the top Tab, select the 'Module' of Data you want to view (In this example we are access 'Indirect Survey Manger' (ISM))'
   
   
   
   
3. Once in your selected module, you'll navigate to 'Reports/Graphs' - then select the type of Report you want to create (In this example we will select 'CIS Reports>CIS Survey Report')
   
   
   
   
4. You will now be in the 'CIS Survey Report' Tool - from here you will select the CIS Survey that you want to run the report on and then select 'Graph' on the top right. (In the example below, we are selecting 'AI01 4/10/2024 00.00 To 01.56')
   
   
   
   
5. Your Graph for your report will not launch - you have successfully created a Graph
