(AI KB) How to Export Completed Survey from Survey Manager to PCS

Purpose: To guide through the process of exporting a survey from Survey Manager to PCS.

1.  Access Facility Survey in Survey Manager
   
   
2. Navigate to the uploaded survey in Survey Manger's Navigation section, click the Groups button
   
    
   
   
3. The Group tied to the survey will now show Review Pending for its Status
   
   Note: If the Group was deleted from this section, you'll be unable to upload into Survey Manager and will need to manually import to PCS
   
   
   
   
4. Review uploaded survey data, next select drop down for Survey tab in Navigation
   
    
   
   
5. Right click the survey and click Export
   
   Note: To download a survey file, select the survey that you wish to download, right-click on the name, and select Download. The survey segment file will be saved to your computer.
   
   
   
   
6. The Export To Cloud window will appear, and you'll need to click the Export to Cloud button to finalize pushing survey back into PCS
   
   
   
   Note: Once completed a Success Notification window will appear
   
   
   
   
7. You have successfully exported the survey to PCS from Survey Manager
