This guide will show you how to customize your Test Point Protection Criteria in PCS 2.4 or higher. This feature was introduced in version 2.4 and will only be applicable from 2.4 onwards.
Note: As with any Criteria change, you will need to enter an Effective Date on the Information record when making a change that could impact historical compliance data. Information on how the Effective Date works can be found here:
Create History Records Using an Effective Date
As a requested feature, Custom Test Point Protection Criteria was an enhancement in PCS 2.4 and includes enhanced flexibility in defining Test Point Criteria via the Criteria tab located in Options under the Tools menu.
Along with the hard-coded values available in previous versions, users are able to select Custom On, Custom IRF, or Custom mV Shift for Test Point Protection Criteria under the Information tab in the CPDM Data Grid.
