(AI KB) Enabling Developer Mode on Mesa3

Enabling Developer mode allows access to change Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) to File Transfer, thus allowing you to be able to see device files from File Explorer on your computer.

  1. Navigate to Settings for Mesa3

  2. In Settings, scroll to the bottom and select About tablet.

  3. In About tablet, locate Build number and tab seven times. The device will now enable Developer options.

    4. With Developer options enabled you can proceed back to (KB AI) Mesa3 Shows Up As a Device But Is Not Accessible Through File Explorer
