Purpose: If getting error message that contains error code: IDX10222 and/or seeing error message like image below, follow steps below to resolve issue.
- Navigate to Settings on Mesa3.
- From Settings scroll down and select System.
- In System select Date & Time.
- Configure Date and Time to match network/region.
- Now you'll be able to access FDC, if further issues please contact Technical Support at 1-800-229-3404 option 1.
