Purpose: This guide outlines how Client Admins would grant new or existing users access to view/operator Units in Bullhorn Web Account.
- Login to Bullhorn Web: Bullhorn Web
- Navigate to Units, drop down menu will appear, now click Unit Admin
- At Unit Admin page you'll see all Unit Group folders, highlight desired Unit Group folder for which you want to grant user access, now click the Security icon for the desired Unit Group you are granting user access to
Example: Below image shows "AI Pipeline Services" as the desired folder
Note: If needing to grant user access to all Units and all Unit Groups in the Bullhorn Web account you would select Security icon for All Units group
- Once in Security screen for desired Unit Group select user in the Add User drop down section with desired View/Operator/Admin permissions, below explains what each permission grants
- View — can view but not edit unit settings
- Operator — can view settings, send commands to units, but not edit unit settings

Admin — can view settings, send commands to units, and edit unit settings
