Purpose: This document will help in resolving an issue that may come up when sending a survey from PCS to Mesa 3
The below error will appear in PCS when sending survey to Mesa:

Steps to resolve the issue:
- Insert the SD card that came with you Mesa Device into your PC.
- Open file explorer on the computer and select "This PC".
- Right click on the SD card, and select 'Rename'
- Proceed to Rename the SD card to "SD".
- Once the SD card is renamed, re-insert it into your Mesa3 Device and attempt to send the survey again.
