(AI KB) Error sending survey to Mesa: Unable to access device 'MS3A'. Check device connection

Purpose: This document will help in resolving an issue that may come up when sending a survey from PCS to Mesa 3

The below error will appear in PCS when sending survey to Mesa:

Steps to resolve the issue:

1. Insert the SD card that came with you Mesa Device into your PC.
   
   
2. Open file explorer on the computer and select "This PC".
   
   
3. Right click on the SD card, and select 'Rename'
   
   
4. Proceed to Rename the SD card to "SD".
   
   
5. Once the SD card is renamed, re-insert it into your Mesa3 Device and attempt to send the survey again.
