(AI KB) PCS: Import Route Records From File

Purpose: This article will provide steps on how to import a Route From Records. Importing a Route from File is used in scenarios where the user built a route in their test environment, or prior backup and imported into their Production Database.

NOTE- Importing a Route From File will only work in the same database. ( Prior Backup or live Test Database).

1. Open PCS.

2. Navigate to Data Entry, and Define Routes.

3. Click  Add. The "Add New Route" window opens.

• Select the Ellipsis next to the Import Route Records From File.

4. Your Local File Explorer will open as you search to point PCS to that file.

5. Select the file and then Give the Route a name and select OK.
