(AI KB) Bullhorn Web: How to Replace/Swap a Like-for-Like Model Unit

Warning: Currently, only similar model units can be replaced.

Example: RM4014 can be replaced with RM4015, RM4150 can be replaced with RM4151, RM4251 can be replaced with RM4211, RM4210 can be replaced with RM4250.

Warning: RM510S (Satellite) Domes cannot be replaced with RM510C (Cell) Domes, or vice versa.

Purpose of Article: To show you how to transfer all historical information and most configuration settings to a new unit of the same model replacing the old one.

1. Navigate to Bullhorn Web.
   
   
2. From the All Units page select the Pencil Icon, which will bring you into the settings of the unit you need to swap out.
   
   Note: Below I will but using the Test Unit pictured as a visual example.
   
   
3. Now select the Replace button
   
   
   
   
4. You are now on the Replace Unit page. In the search box, enter the Unit Name, Facility ID, or Serial Number of the unit replacing the current one. Highlight the unit in the field below and finalize by selecting the Replace button.
   
   
5. After the replacement, the New Unit keeps all the historic information previously collected by the Old Unit. 
   
   Warning: Shunt factor, Cost Center, and Enabled Channels will not transfer over and need to be manually updated.
