Limitations & FAQ's

Upgrade Paths: PCS 2.3.1 or 2.4.1 can directly upgrade to PCS 2.5. Any other versions will need to be incrementally upgraded until at least PCS 2.3. Please contact Support if you need a previous version installation file.

• Bullhorn Web API Bullhorn Web API simplifies the integration of Bullhorn Web data with PCS 2.5. By allowing the grouping of data from Bullhorn Web accounts into a single send to PCS, Bullhorn Web API eliminates the need to create Bullhorn Bridge configurations for each account.
• Bullhorn Bridge Mapping Import PCS 2.5 includes a Bullhorn Bridge Mapping Import feature to streamline setup for customers using the Bullhorn Bridge to import Bullhorn inspections into PCS. Existing mapping is imported into the utility to expedite setup and ensure access to new PCS Bullhorn Web Integration functionality
• Integration Issue Detection and Notifications PCS version 2.5 and later includes Enhanced Issue Detection features that proactively identify a variety of integration issues for mapped facilities and trigger application and email notifications.
• Issue Detection Dashboard The Bullhorn Integration Dashboard provides a comprehensive list of detected integration issues for mapped facilities, including warning messages for facility-specific issues and access to the built-in Integration Issue Resolution Wizard.
• Wireless Sync Support for Indirect Survey Data from PCS Survey Manager PCS version 2.5 introduces support for wireless sync of Indirect Survey data from PCS Survey Manager.
• Enhanced Job Service Stability PCS 2.5 includes enhanced PCS Job Service stability to resolve intermittent stops, bottlenecks, and interruptions in work flow.

NEW FOR PCS 2.5: PCS Client Services!

PCS 2.5 will introduce Bullhorn Integration via a new service called “PCS Client Service” which is a separate MSI file installer shown above. This will be installed along WITH PCS Job Services. This feature has the following requirements and benefits:

• Similar to job service as it pertains to the environment
• Uses the same Credentials as your current Job Services!
• One install per domain
• Needs access to hit the Bullhorn API (Internet)
• Required for all Bullhorn Integration Functions
• The same permissions as required by PCS Job Service
• Responsible for:
  • Pulling Bullhorn data from the Bullhorn API
  • Staging data for Bullhorn Import – handoff to Job Service Queue
  • Detecting and reporting issues in the integration

(Critical) Please Note:

The integration function can only be run once. If you want to test it further, a restoration of the database will be required at that time.  This feature will allow an admin to link all of the Bullhorn Web accounts to the integration dashboard once ready.
