(AI KB) Bullhorn Test Point Units Instant Off Feature

American Innovations test point unit have the ability to take instant off readings for pipe to soil readings.

This includes units: RM4210, RM4211, RM4250, and RM4251

There is no need to set a system-wide interruption.

To set instant off properties:

1. From Bullhorn Web, go to the unit settings, click on Readings and check the box to enable Instant Off
   
   
   
   
2. Next, set the offset.  The offset is how long the unit waits after the off to take the reading. 
   Note: It may be necessary to visit the test point and view the waveform to determine the correct offset, but the default value of 200ms will work in most cases.
   
   
3. To change the offset value, click Settings and navigate to Instant Off Settings where you will see IOX Edge Offset, here you'll enter the value, and save your changes.
   
   
   
   

4. Next, set the channel Display Settings and click on the Instant Off Channel that you enabled earlier and enter the desired labeling.

    

   

Your new settings will sync once the unit calls in on it's next scheduled transmission or when a Test Message is sent from the unit using Bullhorn Tools Mobile app.  The transmission after that should have your Instant Off readings.
