(AI) KB FDC DVM readings are fluctuating on IOS device.

Purpose: This article explains how to resolve an issue where a DVM’s readings are erratic or bouncing.

1. Power off the DVM.
   
   
2. Close the FDC app on your iOS device.
   
   
3. Relaunch the FDC app.
   
4. Leave FDC on the main home screen.
   • Then, power on the DVM (DO NOT PERFORM ADDITIONAL ACTIONS UNTIL NEXT STEP)
     
     
5. Wait 5–10 seconds for the DVM to attempt an auto-connection.
   IMPORTANT NOTE: When the DVM connects successfully, the battery life indicator will appear on the left side of FDC.
   
   
   
6. Open the DVM and view the waveform - your readings should now be stable.
   
   
   
7. To prevent future issues, you can follow these steps at the start of the day when powering everything on.
