***This guide is meant for advanced PCS users that are running import bridges; please review any import bridges with the PCS administrator prior to importing them***
The purpose of this article is to show users how the Milepost can be formatted while running an Import Bridge to PCS.
When running an import bridge that will create a new ROW in the hierarchy, you can set the Milepost formatting so it matches the data formatting.
There is a green field saved to ROW Permanent Information called “Default Location Format” in PCS that can be added to your import mappings that will format the milepost when the bridge is run:
Bridge Mapping:
You can add a column for Default Location Format to your data that will be imported. In that column, you would enter the following values to get the desired formatting on the new ROW created.
