The purpose of this guide is to explain how to grant access to Managers, Techs, and Read Only Users in Survey Manager.
IMPORTANT:
If this access is not granted by the Survey Manager admin, any Manager, Tech, or Read Only user that logs into Survey Manager will not see anything on the left side until that access is granted via the Admin.
Please Note: American Innovations Support cannot grant access; this must be done by The Customers Survey Manager Admin
Complete the following steps to configure a user's sidebar access:

Click on your user name and select Sidebar Access.

Click the Search Users field in the User Sidebar Access window. Enter the user name or part of the name or select the user from the list.
3. Click the next to a user and choose an application from the Select an Application menu in the Select Sidebar Access window.
4. Select which sidebar items the user may access from the list displayed for that application. An example of an Indirect Survey - ISA list of options is shown below.
5. If necessary, scroll through the list to select items as needed.
6. When finished, click Submit and you should not see your Sidebar
