(AI KB) FDC: How to Upload Survey from Field Data Collector to Survey Manager

Purpose: To outline how to upload survey to Survey Manager and how to double check that it has uploaded successfully.

1. 1. When a survey has had at least one entry added to the survey then by going to the main Periodic Survey screen with the name of the survey press options.
      
      

   2. Then press upload.
      
      
      
      
   3. Then go to the settings gear in the blue bar on the left hand side.
      
      
      
      
   4. in upload status it will show the queue for the upload. If the queue is empty it means that the upload has been processed.
      
      
      
      Note: If the upload is stuck in Pending for long period of time make sure that the devise is connected to internet.
      
      
      
      
   5. Click on Logs to make sure has uploaded successfully.
      
      
      
      
   6. Then in Survey Manger open the group window for the survey and the status should change from Assigned to Review Pending.
      
      
      
      Note: Surveys can reupload multiple times but the survey must have had a change made for it to upload an update to survey manager.
