(AI KB) Survey Manager: How to Verify Survey Uploaded Correctly

Purpose: To demonstrate how to verify the successful upload of a survey.

1. 1. There are two indicators that a survey has uploaded into Survey Manger:
       

      1. There is a green check mark next to the facilities that have had a reading taken
         
         
         
         
      2. In the group window the status for the group will have changed from Assigned to Review Pending.
         
         
         
         
         

      Note 1: If the survey is current open in Survey Manger when survey is uploaded. Then it will display "Out of Sync - Refresh Survey" at the top of the table window. By clicking the the refresh symbol next to type in the navigation bar will refresh the survey.
      
      

       

      Note 2: If a survey has been uploaded multiple times double check that all facilities that have had updates have the green check marks to make sure that survey has uploaded properly.
