Purpose: Hosted users utilize front end 3rd party web platforms (for example Parallels or citrix) for accessing their PCS Databases, and will sometimes need to activate the copy and paste function. This article will show you how to enable copy and paste function if it is not currently working while working inside PCS.
1. After signing into your designated platform ( parallels will be used for illustration purposes)
You will see an icon next to the web url bar at the top, depending your browser it may look different but the process is the same:

2. Clicking this will give you access to modify your permissions, you will want to click SIte settings.

3. After Clicking Site settings you will want to look for a header that says Clipboard clicking the drop window next to it will give you a few options, you will want select Allow.
4. You should now be able to use the copy and paste function inside PCS.
