How to pull up to 18 months of Bullhorn Data using Bullhorn Web

From the All Units page, click on Reports at the top of the page and hover over the Data drop-down.  Choose the correct report for the unit type.  For this example we will select the report name containing RM4000 to pull data from a RM4014.

1. Select a date range. This report only provides data for the last 18 months. A special request must be submitted to the Bullhorn support team to obtain data further back than 18 months.
2. Next, choose either a group of units from the drop-down list or enter a single serial number in the Units field (but not both).
3. Do not add or make changes to the Preference fields.
4. Uncheck any boxes next to unwanted data.
5. Click Run Report at the bottom.
6. After the report populates, you can export to Excel, CSV, or Email.
