An Instant Off reading of 0.0 indicates a synchronization issue between the RMU and Bullhorn Web.

In this case, Bullhorn Web shows that Instant Off is active, while the unit believes it is not:

This issue should be resolved by toggling the interruption status setting in Bullhorn Web:

1. Go to the Unit Admin menu for the unit and select Interruption
   
   
    
2. Set the Instant Off setting to Disabled. Wait for approximately 5 seconds, and then switch it back to Enabled and save the settings.
   
   

If the unit is interrupting, an Instant Off command can be sent to obtain an Instant Off reading. As long as the correct channel is selected, the unit should return an Instant Off reading:
