(AI KB) Field Data Collector: Check Last Login/Authentication

Purpose: The goal of this article is to show where Authentication/Login Expiration Date is on your FDC Application.

1. Upon Login Access the Cog Icon on the Left Hand Side
   
   
    
2. Select 'About'
   
   
    
3. You will now see 'Last Authentication' and 'Offline Token Expires' 
   
   Note: You MUST login through an internet connection to reauthenticate. In the example below, the user MUST login by May 20 2026 to ensure that they are not locked out of their account.
