(AI KB) How to Edit Prompt Theme

Purpose of Guide: Learn how to edit what fields are shown in Information and Inspection pages on Field Data Collector Survey.

Note: Reference (AI KB) What is Prompts Theme? for explanation of what a Prompts Theme is.

1. Navigate to Field Computer - Send.
   
   
   
2. Now select the green Customize box on upper right hand side.
   
   
   
3. Under Layouts page, select Prompts on the right hand side below Customize which is now a blue box.
   
   
   
4. This brings us to Prompts page and under Facility, Information and ROW Fields panel you will find all the Information Fields you can add to be shown on survey. Under Inspection and Maintenance Fields panel you will find all the Inspection Fields you can add to be shown on survey.
5. To add Inspection/Information Fields:

   1. Confirm the correct Facility Type is selected that you want to edit fields for under Select Facility Type section.
      
   2. Locate field using Search For Field, search bar within either Panels.
      
      
      
   3. Once desired field found click check box.
      
      
      
   4. Next move field over to right panel by clicking
      Note: You can also just double click field to add.
      
      
      
   5. Field will now appear on right panel and using up and down arrows will allow you to position field as you desire. Field arrangement here will reflect on PSC FDC when survey is sent out.
      Note: You can also hold and drag field to reposition.
      
      
      
6. Once desired Information and Inspections Fields are applied to respective right panels Save and Close.
   
   
   
7. You have now edited your Prompts Theme.
