(AI KB) How to Import Completed Survey into PCS, Exported from Survey Manager

Purpose: Guide you on how to import survey that was sent back to PCS from Survey Manager.

Note: If you haven't exported survey out of Survey Manager to PCS, please reference this guide (AI KB) How to Export Completed Survey from Survey Manager to PCS

1. Navigate to Field Computer Receive in PCS Axis
    
2. Under Data Source, click Survey Manager
   
   
    
3. Now click Retrieve Data located to the far right of the page
   
   
    
4. The Survey will appear in bottom section 
    
5. Click the check box next to the survey, next click the pencil button
   
   Note: After selecting pencil button it will be replaced by the circle with an X and as seen below
   
   Note: Our example survey is labeled MJ example survey
   
   
    
6. The Assignment Window will now appear, fill out information as needed
   
   Note: If you are importing multiple surveys at a time you can select Apply to all selected files if they are the same assignment type
   
   
    
7. Once survey check box is checked and assigned, click Import located on the far right
   
   
    
8. Now the Field Computer Receive Status window will appear, When the State shows Done the data is now in PCS and can be viewed in Data Entry tab
